No. Fitnpay is intentionally designed around one professional running one business. It is not trying to become staff-roster, front-desk or multi-coach management software, so the product can stay focused on the things an independent professional actually needs: getting paid, filling sessions, keeping track of clients and reducing admin.

The goal is to connect the parts of your business that usually live in separate tools and message threads. You can set up services and offers, publish sessions, take bookings and payments, manage memberships and packs, check clients in, keep client history, capture and follow up leads, collect reviews and see useful business patterns in Growth.

Yes. You decide what you offer and what it costs. Fitnpay is designed to support drop-ins, packs, recurring memberships, private sessions, workshops, programmes and eligible credit rules, including businesses that mix 1:1, small-group and group services. Fitnpay provides the operating system; it does not set your commercial model for you.

No. Your clients pay your connected payment account and that revenue belongs to your business. Fitnpay charges its own subscription and usage fees separately, so increasing the price of your class or session does not give Fitnpay a bigger percentage of your work.

No. Clients can use Fitnpay through the web, including booking, managing their access and using their personal Fitnpay QR. A client can keep one Fitnpay account while training with different independent professionals, but each professional relationship, payment history, membership and credit balance stays separate.

Yes. You can save and reuse the places you regularly teach, including useful arrival information and indoor/outdoor details. Outdoor locations can support a backup location, and online sessions can use the relevant meeting link instead. Fitnpay is designed for professionals whose work moves between venues rather than assuming you operate one fixed studio.

Fitnpay is designed so you do not have to start your business from zero. You can import contacts, review possible duplicates and preserve useful source and history information. Leads can then sit in a simple funnel with understandable states and follow-up reminders, while converted clients keep the beginning of that relationship in their timeline.

Each client has a personal Fitnpay QR. At the session, you scan it from your phone, confirm the private verification photo and record attendance. The flow is designed to be fast enough for a room full of people, with a final review so you can correct anything before remaining booked clients are marked as no-shows.

Growth is business insight, not gamification. Base helps you see what is happening, such as lead activity, retention signals, offer performance and inactive clients. Pro goes further by explaining what a pattern may mean and what action may be worth considering next, without goals, streaks or pressure.

Planned launch pricing starts with Kick Start at $2.90/month for your first 5 active paying clients or 3 months, whichever comes first. Base is planned at $29/month + $4 per active paying client/month, and Pro at $159/month + $1 per active paying client/month. Kick Start is an introductory on-ramp rather than a permanent free plan.

Fitnpay is currently in pre-launch validation. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a subscription or require a card. We will use the waitlist to invite independent professionals into early access as it opens for their market and to learn which parts of the product matter most before launch.
